It wasn't quite what I was expecting, so yes, the trailer is misleading, but it's still pretty good. I was impressed with the acting quality of both Stahl and Farmiga. I think it's worth seeing for the psychological aspects. The film forces the viewer to ask questions about what one might do in this situation and what one should do in a situation like this...
