Sniper Wolf was a well developed character. This scene almost mad me cry and I became to like Sniper Wolf a lot wishing she didn't die and fought with Snake.

@radujko MGS4 is worth buying, especially with the price dropped. But before you buy it, make sure you have at least played MGS2 and MGS3. Plus, replay value is considerably high if you ever want to play the game on a higher difficulty.

Considering it's probably the best game of all time (or tied for 1st,) then I'd say YES.

If someone fell asleep then he hasn't played the previous titles.

But why do you want a ps3 JUST for MGS4 when there are also dozens of some of the best games of all time on it, too?

An xbox, yeah, people only buy it for one game, but don't use that mentality for everything.

Never played the MGS games before, but have the entire main series. Unfortunately there seems to be some problems with the switch disc process of MGS1 while using PS3. And no, it's not a Slim, and no, the Emotion Engine has nothing to do with PSX games.

So sad. Might break down and watch these walkthroughs so I can get to MGS2.

If you still got the problem or still care about it. In my case the problem was the new ePSX (1.7.1). I downloaded an older version(1.6.0) and there I was able to proceed. If you don't want to have to play it from the beginning, just copy the memory card folder from the new ePSX and past it into the folder of the older 1.6.0 version and then you should be able to change discs. If you want to use the new version again just copy past the memory card folder again.

That line was great. Solid Snake sure is smart. That would be cool if we could see a flashback like this is MGS4. I haven't seen it, and I played MGS4 like 1000 times and I was waiting for a flashback like this. This game feels like a movie.
