aww no i originally played this game for the amiga and there where no voice and just by chance i fancied some nostalgia and all these videos show the cheesy as fuck shit voices completely ruined my memory of the game thank you youtube thankyou very fucking mutch!

Uh. For your information the game came with voices. It was just the Amiga didn't have them. And the voices are incredible in this game and really does it justice.

Did they re-record the missing voices from the court room scene? I've read somewhere that they were missing in windows version because they never actually existed.

Beneath a Steel Sky is an awesome game. You can get it free for PC, and I suggest using ScummVM with it, it really enchances the graphics. No enchanced music is available for PC though, and the ui is a bit different.

really good game this from back in the day, was surprised to see it in the app store. worth a play if you're a monkey island fan for sure......not the same but along the same lines and a great main character
