@rkofu1 It doesn't make a difference if you are a powerlifter or a bodybuilder round your back and sooner or later you will be on the floor screaming in pain.
@mcturk17 yes i know how much that is which makes your back even more susceptible to getting injured, they were pulling deadlifts mainly with their lower back and they already had their legs locked out in the beginning.. if they weren't having belts then it could've been a whole different story

@Purrandom1st combo of both - getting bigger you should get stronger - when we max you see it maybe once a month? otherwise we train in a typical hypertrohpy range
