Thanks! I used Canopus Edius 3.5. I don't think that the clearness of the shots depends on the type of the camera but on the compression. Furthermore it matters what resolution you work in and what type of file do you export the final movie to. For compressing I use Canopus Express because it can be immediately reached from Edius. It is useful because they are compatible with each other and to top of all you can convert any other videos whit it.

Anyway I use Panasonic NV-MX500.
