Great ingredients! You might try substituting unsweetened coconut milk for the almond milk. It's rich in medium chain fatty acids (especially lauric acid - a good saturated fat) which is said to help your body burn fat and lower bad cholesterol. While almond milk has a lot of benefits, it also is rich in omega-6 fatty acids. Most Americans are deficient in Omega-3 and have excess omega-6. Since it is the ratio omega3 to omega6 that is important, this pushes most people in the wrong direction.
@lvlalice I find it typically in whole foods/wegmens/trader joes. Other higher end supermarkets have it too. idk where you are so you'll have to find the higher end super markets in your area.
Dude, I thought you would use the whole banana... LOL
But how you got to that recipe? Is not everybody that mixes spinach, peanut butter and açai...
The other two bottles are for during training? or is it all you eat?

Do you have suggestions regarding a substitute for the Acai puree? I have had NO luck finding that anywhere in my area.
