I had a disastrous experience with Natureways. We had very windy conditions, however our guide decided to continue the tour. In the end the guide's canoe capsized first, and - unlike the security advice - the guide tried to climb into the other canoes from out of the water, whereby he capsized 2 more boats. In the end we were clinging to our boats in the Zambezi for 45 min till we were saved by Zambian fishermen. Until now Natureways did not give an official apology, compensation for lost items
