he is not telling a lie. they need an absent parent to pick on for money and i live in Michigan too. the only fair thing is to have equal parenting time and their will be no need for support. getting a custody is no longer about loving your children more, is about protection from paying. He is right i m a woman and i am considered an absent parent and no longer a mother just a payer. i lost my child for being too poor and being a student.

Great piece guys! With as much harm as the destruction of the nuclear family is doing to kids, it's very unnerving to think our government is complicit in causing it. Kudo's to Lary for bringing this to light and to you guys for giving him a forum.

Spread the word, don't ever be silenced, and rise up above your own cases so you can work together to create equality.
