Actually, there have been NO cases were someone was killed because of the taser. The cases you refer too have been debunked. The pace maker was not fried (besides, how are the police to know if a combative suspect has a pacemaker) as its circuits were fine. This is a well done arrest with a taser. Good engagement and voice control.
