Transforming Photos to Halftone Screens for Stained Glass

i had an already black and white picture. so, when i clicked on IMAGE, MODE, but the BITMAP is not usable.. (i can't click on it). How will get it to HALFTONE? thanks

@trebluap Select "mode" and change your image to grayscale first, then you can select bitmap
