Another great video Veena thank you... off to stretch and practice! Glad to see you are still looking so beautiful and that little bump is progessing well x
I'm guilty of hanging on the pole!! i shall now conentrate more and use my correct muscles because today i feel like ive fallen down the stairs backwards!! lol :o)
Great! I did that whole tutorial right along with you in front of the computer. I'll hit pause, go to the pole room and do the pole stretch, too. By the way, for that tiny muscle that looks like a strap behind the rotator, I simply stand in the five foot section of the pool while my wife is lap swimming. I brace my feet against (and facing) the side of the pool and simply breast stroke forward, then backward (pecs). Ten forward, ten backward the whole 30 minutes until she's done!
Thanks, I'll be posting a tutorial on a strength training exercise, I love that will help prevent shoulder impingement and strengthen the rotator cuff.
Luv your hair! Wow-what pretty features you have with those high cheekbones and that long graceful neck. Baby Veena(pick a name yet?) is gonna be a beauty! I'll be giving those muscles a workout. I have to go to physical therapy. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago. Banged up, but nothing broken. Ugh-I hurt:(.You'll have the baby before I'm back to normal. I'm not giving up though:) I'm glad I can goof around on the computer-thank God 4 that.
Very informative! Thank you. I think it's very easy for those new to pole fitness to not realize how demanding it can be on one's body. It can be easy to hurt yourself if the moves aren't performed correctly, like engaging the shoulder muscles like you said.
Very good information. Thank you for sharing! I could see how one could get hurt fairly easily by failing to warm up first. I will definitely keep all these stretches in mind before attempting to pole dance.
