We will soon be posting video of Crystal killing us at sold-out Fillmore Sat. nite 9/11 with "The Rocking Heads" and Michael Franti on the classic TAKE ME TO THE RIVER..

I'm still getting chills just recalling how insane it was, how much Michael was into her, how she shocked everyone rocking out so intensely, and she had just learned the lyrics too!

A star is born.. The post-Idol career path blooming like a giant sunflower..

Yes, my friend Jeff (OneVillageIdiot on Twitter) who recorded Sat. nite's TAKE ME TO THE RIVER got all the songs from Friday nite and will be posting them to YT in next 24 hours approx.

He also got the songs from PTTP at Golden Gate Park..

only one other time have i heard such great interplay between a bass player and a singer, jade maze in chicago and koyu suzuki now in tokyo.....15 years ago.  they made some great music together then, and now it's crystal and frankie. i love the combination and what they do with it musically.
