You ask why no whites were harshly punished, while ignoring that members of the Jena 6 were allowed off of crimes numerous times without seeing serious punishment. You act like the violent crime commited at Jena High is less important because the victim got out relatively lightly, yet think some rope kids were playing with is a federal crime.

"32 or 3 hours" was supposed to say "2 or 3 hours". They were giving interviews within hours of being admitted, then released, for GUNSHOT wounds. So your logic says shooting them was less of a crime because they got out so soon?

No soulFlower. What you are claiming is false. He never even claimed to be hit by a bottle at that party. Maybe later, when the world was listening, but not when he filed his police report. I've read it. No bottle. He didn't get jumped by a gang of people looking for people to hurt either. He and his friends were trying to get into a private party they were told they weren't welcome at. a guy punched him and was charged for it.

SIMPLE BATTERY AND PUT ON PROBATION! The people who attacked the black kid at the party DID hit him with a bottle. And it was more than 6 people! They could have closed and locked the door instead of doing what they did but look at the outcome... They did it anyway.

Why is there no mention of a bottle in the incident report he filed with police? Why did he not claim it unitl later in a private interview with Alan Bean? Bailey wrote a statement about the assault on him. He never mentioned a bottle. Nor 6 people beating him.
