the ethiopian Baboons who hijacked the plane kept on fighting and delaying the final landing - which the captain would have made if the fucking swines hadn't chimped out. This is why baboons belong in cages!!
Given the circumstances, those pilots did a heroic job setting that plane down the way they did. I read that they were actively fending off the hijackers as they were ditching the plane. Its even better that that brave crew survived the ordeal and are still with the airline.
The passangers were asked by the captain to resist the Hijackers, they did not... Cowards... they had a chance to do something, but chose to be sheep instead. and thus many died.
Really, Nobody sitting down with their seatbelts on, should have died. They say, There were some people standing up, who were instantly killed. The cause of the 125 deaths could have been lowerd to 10.
Don't forget the pax who inflated their life jackets too soon. They drowned as they could not get out of the aircraft. Sources say that around 60-80 people died in their seats
When the people inflated inside the cabin, and the cabin filled with water, the people with lifejackets could not swim out of the fuselage as the lifejackets forced them to the top of the fuselage.
@TheManWithThePlan65 I think it was probably as the plane was sinking more and there jacket was keeping them up, and maybe the doorway was under water.
@DeChRiSt0PhErl Thanks for that. Do airlines usually tell passengers to not inflate them until they leave the plane in the event of an emergency landing?
@TheManWithThePlan65 Yes. The pilot, who I knew well, told everyone to NOT inflate their lifejackets before landing. But i guess panic took over most of the passengers and pop pop pop go the lifejackets.

I really think its over 80 Pax that died due to life jackets. I think it should be much more.

How did the life jackets prevent them from getting out?
TheManWithThePlan65 2 years ago
A lifejacket forces bouyancy on someone.

Technically it would be Capt. Leul and FO Yonas, as in Ethiopia people are politely addressed by their given names.

Solomonpilot is Ethiopian.
