At least Treyarch took out those two, dumb perks in Black Ops. In past games, because everyone else was using Stopping Power, if you wanted to actually be competitive, you had to use SP, too. It effectively removed one perk slot.

Removing both of them is one of the many things Black Ops got right.

Stopping Power doesn't ALWAYS cancel out Juggernaut. Sometimes...Juggernaut is blown way out of proportion, and I don't know why.

I hate it when I use a Bolt Action Rifle and when it's supposed to be a One Hit Kill body shot, Juggernaut keeps saving his ass. Quite annoying if you ask me.

If you play objective games like HQ, then juggernaut is good because capping the objective puts you in a vulnerable situation. Also, juggernaut is simply SP in reverse and as such it only demands 1 more bullet to kill people. If you can't aim enough to get 1 more shot on target, you suck at CoD.
