i get the whole audio swap thing but what if they don't have the track you want? then you're kinda stuck. what if you have the beat of your video to the track they want you to swap, then to swap the audio would kill the effect right?

Fuck audio swap! All the songs on there is lame. If we wanted to use those songs that were listed we wouldn't have the this problem in the 1st place. Besides there are MILLIONS OF VIDEOS on this site. Not everybody gets caught or video gets removed for having copyright content. There may be that 1 person who still has theirs up.

Yes, I used copy righted music in my video, but once you legally paid for a copy of music, you own that copy and you have the right to play that music in the background of your video. It's like buying a copy of video software, then making a video and putting it on YouTube. If someone doesn't like it, I smell a law suit.
