meh i got a DSi cuz my origanal DS got the video cord inside snaped in 2.anyway i have a GBA SP so i dident care about the no GBA slot anyway i never used the GBA slot on the DS other then for the rumble pack.The only game to DL on the DSi i say sould stay pay to get would be DR.mario express.The camrea is better then some video recorders.the only complaint i have is the only way to get rumble to work is to use the cartridge but theres no slot for it...they should have had a rumble already in.

The Dess lite is $50 cheaper than the Dessy, and the Dess lite has a GBA slot, which is infinitely better than a camera.

Hey, GB Camera was pretty fun. except when you pressed the Run function and got Satan in rockstar form. Ugh.

You're not being forced to buy a DSi you know, new DS games will still work on the DS and DS lite, (except the ones that require the camera obviously).

Also, just because there arn't really any games that use the camera right now, doesnt mean there wont be.

And downloadable games should be free tech demos? does that mean you also think XBLA games should all be free tech demos too? and Wiiware? and PSN games?

Given the quality of what's available on the DSi store right now, they should be free. Also, having a couple of free downloadable games would get people into using downloadable content. The best time to do this is during a hardware's launch.

I've always hated how nintendo does this to their handhelds. they released the game boy pocket, didn't add anything to the original game boy except that it came in different colors and was thinner. the game boy color was the exception to this rule. the game boy advance: then came the SP and the Micro. And now, the DS, DS Lite, and DSi. and out of all of these, the DSi is the only one to REALLY add SOMETHING. still, it's just a camera. just wait for the next REAL updated handheld.
