Not saying the obvious "Oh terran is OP so I expected it", but what option does zerg have for anti-air? Mutalisks can't fight against vikings unless they have more upgrades, more numbers and catch them off guard with no micro. Corruptors are not worth their cost because the units they are supposed to counter just laugh at them. Hydralisks are not cost effective because they're unarmored and die to mostly any T2 unit. Queens are almost useless because they're slow. Zerg needs anti-air buff.

Yea Hydras are very shit vs a couple of BCs... and corruptors are useless vs vikings. I remember being raped once or twice with Viking-BCs... theres just not much Zerg can do.

Crota, I love your videos... but this one was a bit sloppy :( in parts 2 and 3 you missed at least 3 major army conflicts (arguably the reasons theStC won this match) by getting side-tracked discussing upgrades and mineral farming rate... it's possible this is because you are casting with the game on mute, but as a result try to keep your eye on the minimap! that being said, i'm looking forward to your next cast! :)

@seamus1337 i agre whole heartedly he played more like how the zerg are meant to be played, though he was a bit sloppy with his strat it still was largely the reason he did so well in the game and if he refines it more he could be terrifying with those nydus worms. i dont think that antiair was his problem but more his continued use of broodlords *ungaurded especialy* after mass viking was out. zerg players need to attack 2 places at once more often cause then can accomplish more damage often,

@GermanSniperBayArea I generally agree, but in this game, I think it's just poor decision making by Argos... should have gone for air himself earlier and got the upgrades. Instead, STC is the one who went for air superiority (vikings) earlier.

If he had mutalisks much earlier, he could snipe the defending marines at main, popped out a nydus worm, popped out the infestor and fungal growth the vikings as they return to defend.

And Yeah, T is a bit Imba, but argos made a lot of mistakes losing lots of Muta and Broodlords, and his harassing with Nydus Worm is not effective at all. He loses more than he destroys in the harassments. I've seen much better harass. You can check video SC260, that's great Nydus Worm use, much better.

How is everyone blaming this game on IMBA? There were SO many broodlords taken out by vikings without any support, and swarms of zerglings pitched at planetary fortresses just to keep the Terran distracted. If Argos had saved up his units more instead of wasting them in one long slow trickle I think he would've won. I did love the Nydus worms though, I hope more people can make that work.

This game shows the IMBA of terran v Zerg. It took Zerg ALL of his bases minus gold to almost beat a Terran who took 3.5 bases. The Terran killed 2 minerals for every 1 mineral the zerg player killed.

i also like the suggestion by crota for having 2 nydus at once cause not only do they get out faster but it upens up even mroe fighting fronts.also crota is right that broodlords should be escorted for then they are potentialy arduous t okill. also it seems that ultralisks start to not work as well if you have a lot in 1 place so i say spread them across the map in their attacks. this guy is now one of my fav zerg players for that play.

Argos would have won the game if he had an army of muta/corr/broodlords.

Broodlords are slow and take some time to build up a decent damage in broodlings so they MUST be well defended by a flyer escort.

I still don't see zerg players using broodlords well... Too bad, they are the balance tippers, if u ask me.

The entire first half of the game he was just trying to overrun terran with brute force, little micro, little finesse. Just taking advantage of the fact that nydas worms don't take damage on the home node when you spam them.

If he had just built an army and attacked over and over he would have won. Instead he got retardedly "curtesy" and decided he would ONLY attack through nydas worms no matter the cost, even after T knew his strategy.

Uh...getting 3 or 4 battlecruisers is pointless. It's one of the few go-big-or-go-home units. Nukes are precautionary to nothing. No one uses nukes, they suck.

@GamerOpiumz Hell no argos waists units to much... and he tried to copy the primes gameplay with the nyt. networks but he didnt use it to full effect he was throwing broodlords away like they where nothing probably one of the best/exp unit u could have. He has so learning to do he knows how to build up bases fast but other then that he doesnt move his units into position to well at all...
