this might sound stupid but how do you resume your game on l4d2 ? or do you just click start game ? and how do you do the mods , do you need to click on anything to activate the mods and then you can start pressing all them buttons or not ? can someone please help me ! even if you are not logged in plz log in and help me XD

no it only clears patches, not any saved games or achievements dont worry

besides, if something happens to your profile you can recover it

yes you can use the usb your brother used aslong as he moved his profile and modded usersetting back to harddrive, in short it would work becouse there is seperate usersettings for every acc.
