my dads frends dog died(of cancer)when he was 10 and my dads frend hadda puttim down he thought it would be best to have his son(6) watch the procedure for the experiance cus they were close. and after the dog died (in peace) the vet asked the kid(6) how he felt about how long the dogs life was he saids :wanna no why dogs lives are short ,vet:why kid:cus their born nowing howda love people need to learn howda love and dogs are born nowin howta......my heart dropped when he said that.

I was six years old when one of my best friends died of cancer in 2002...he was seven years old and he should have never died that early...didn't even get a chance to live a long life. Doctor said it was nothing serious, just a cyst and well, I'm kinda worried because he mistreated my Dad, and said he had bowel cancer, when it was a hernia, I'm going to be having ultra sound scan soon aswell... I can relate to this. I was diagnosed with cancer about two or three months ago and it was the scariest thing I ever experienced. I started Chemo and lost most of my hair the rest I had to get shaved off. My best friend shaved her head to make me feel better. I dont know what I'd be doing without the support of my family and friends.

2009 was a tough year for me. I lost my wonderful great grandma Teresa she was 92 years old. then not long after that I lost my Granddad Kieth from cancer.In the months before he died I did everything to stay with him. he was a huge part of my life. I was only in year 6 so I thought that if I stayed with him he wouldn't go. Maybe that was true because the night that me and mum went home he died.

yesterday ,my nan was informed that the operatation that was meant to remove her bowel cancer was un-sucessful and now she's got to have chemotheraphy for six months.
but you know, I'm not scared because she's tough and she'll get through it. She is so damn brave and as long as she smiles, I'm going to smile with her. Cancer doesn't kill all people and so, even though there might be a 1/100 chance that it will get her, I'm going to stay hopeful because sometimes,miracles do happen. :] love you!

Doctor said it was nothing serious, just a cyst and well, I'm kinda worried because he mistreated my Dad, and said he had bowel cancer, when it was a hernia, I'm going to be having ultra sound scan soon aswell... I don't wish this upon anyone... Fuck it's scary...

i had 3 family members that had cancer my aunty was 11 and she died so i never meet her. my nana had breast cancer this year and survived but was close to bring gone.my mom had colon cancer when i was 9 and survived.from all that i have grown stronger.

This song really speaks to me because, I had cancer a few years ago and I was on the brink of death but I'm still here today. Though my friends dad was not as lucky as me. Nobody should go through that. It's horrible.

I can relate to this. I was diagnosed with cancer about two or three months ago and it was the scariest thing I ever experienced. I started Chemo and lost most of my hair the rest I had to get shaved off. My best friend shaved her head to make me feel better. I dont know what I'd be doing without the support of my family and friends.

2009 was a tough year for me. I lost my wonderful great grandma Teresa she was 92 years old. then not long after that I lost my Granddad Kieth from cancer.In the months before he died I did everything to stay with him. he was a huge part of my life. I was only in year 6 so I thought that if I stayed with him he wouldn't go. Maybe that was true because the night that me and mum went home he died.

A year ago my grandpa died of cancer and for some reason I still think he's on vaction. When I pray to God I always talk about my grandpa and ask when hes coming back. I always wonder why God ever created dieases but he didn't it's all us from all the stuff we did to this earth and well there's Karma. I Love this song, but ive never really watched the videoclip all the way through untill now.... im actually crying. It is just so sweet. This is something to be sad about, some people are constantly complaining about how bad there life is because they feel sick, or they broke up with someone or they complain just because they can. People should be thankful that they are healthy.

This makes me cry every time. Someone from a Green Day site everyone was praying for and wishing to live recently died from brain cancer and it was so sad even if alot of people didn't kno him personally. He was fricking 15. Someone needs to find a cure for cancer. I love this song.

yesterday ,my nan was informed that the operatation that was meant to remove her bowel cancer was un-sucessful and now she's got to have chemotheraphy for six months.
but you know, I'm not scared because she's tough and she'll get through it. She is so damn brave and as long as she smiles, I'm going to smile with her. Cancer doesn't kill all people and so, even though there might be a 1/100 chance that it will get her, I'm going to stay hopeful because sometimes,miracles do happen. :] love you!

Therefore stating a subject such as the ''parents'' or the safety of the child would remove from the point upon which the video was purposefully based. Thus when one takes into account the feelings of the audience whence they watch the video/ listen to the music and lyrics, your comment would consequently become inappropriate.

I dedicate this song to my auntie, my best friend's dad and a girl who I went to school with (aged 14) who all died of cancer...also to anyone who has lost someone or is suffering because of this horrible disease. This song seems to sum it up so perfectly- beautifully poignant. x
