awww he is so freaking cute. I remember my dad got me a toy brown poodle for christmas back in the 90s before he moved, and I named him Max. He was so cute. They had to move to another town so they gave him away to some other family to take care of. Was the saddest thing I remember. We use to have 5 dogs got rid of all, few years later moved to a new house now have 3 dogs on my dad's side of the family. So yeah I miss those moments of having a puppy. I remember the wrapping as well.

i think as long as the parents are up for the commitment that a dog brings theres no reason not to give a puppy for christmas,especially seeing as the girl said they were getting one in the spring.im guessing the parents just told the kids that so it would be a surprise when they got one christmas day.my mum got our lady for a birthday present and we adored her until she was put down when she was 14 years old.

I remember one day I got a puppy, and my rents left at night and surprised me in the morning I was sleeping and my ex step sister put the puppy by me and she licked my face, I thought it was my other dog sam (chronic licker.), and i was cranky and i pinned "him" to the bed and yelled at him to stop it. I heard everyone yell at me saying dont hurt her! I was like "HER?" Shot up and was like PUPPY! and I basically gave the 2:30 response lol

They got a puppy for the family. BEST addition to the family ever. She's brought us all closer. I suggest a Jack Russel Terrier.

Want want want. They'll just torture it to hell. They roughly handled it and scared it when they screamed PUPPY!!!!!. Very little kids shouldn't have a puppy. They already showed no intend to treat it with care. At that age they'll treat it ike a dog. Drag it, kick it, yell at it when it doesn't do what they want. The way it wags it tail in a way that it means it being cautious. That breeds a little stupid and will trust anything but any other breed would have bite their hand. Prepare next time
