  • James Graham reckoned himself a Covenanter to his dying day. And Scotland and the Covenant and the king as well would certainly have fared better had they listened to him. It is alway a pity when fanatics hijack a good cause.

  • Iam a Covenanter to the end , but i salute the courage and military genious of The Great Montrose . He was a true Royalist until death , its very sad to know the King he defended Charles Stuart , betrayed and denied him even as the blade fell on James Graham . A very sad day for Scotland . Iam sure if he lived in our times he would be one of our leaders in military or political life . God Bless Scotland .
