I just bought the zoom s2t, its great but im having an issue, i had to downgrade from 24 bit to 16 bit because of a white noise or constant buzz i recieved when trying to use this device, and yes i have the latency settings correct on a freshly reformatted xp desktop pc hoping someone could shed some light on this issue, on the zoom website they said its an issue with some usb controller, which i spent days trying to find info online but to no avail, i have nvidia 6100 m-9 motherboard
I know you probably won't be able help me, but I just bought the ZFX stack package, and this was included. My guitar rig 3 works fine,as the sound actually goes through the program, but when I use the zfx plugin, the sound dosn't go though the program? Its just a clean sound from my guitar. There is no input or output response for some reason
hey i just got this program to and I have the exact same problem! I do believe its because the sound isnt actually ran threw the computer, it heads back to the actual box you plug into. You need a seperate set of speaker connected to the output of that
Shouldn't headphones work? I hooked them right up to the box... But yeah I took it back a long time ago, so It dosn't really matter anymore anyway, haha
@kelvinjsteiner I just took it back, if it was making that much trouble its not worth it. But in the last two weeks I bought a pod farm with the UX1 for only 179, and its setup was easy and I think its way better
@kelvinjsteiner did you find a solution to the problem ? I'm sure the S2t C5.1t is slightly outdated now but I still find it fun to play around with. It took me a while to work out how to make it work as a plugin for ACID PRO 7 to record with but I only get the clean sound, bums me out.

sorry. i don't know bout that.
but i know zfx needs more power than rig3.
it maybe because of lack of CPU power.

I had a similar problem being able to hear the distortion and the clean input, I turned down my "Direct Monitor" on the front of the box.
