Obama/Biden is exactly the ticket I'd been hoping for since early in the primaries. I respect Sen. Biden's character greatly and feel that his experience as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee and of the Senate Judiciary Committee are especially useful at this time in our country's history.
Let's bring about the change this country needs, indeed.

I lived in DE for 16 years. Joe was THE BEST senator. (He answers e-mail!) I used to love running into him on the Amtrak platform where he'd engage anyone in an impromptu conversation. He'll make a principled, incisive and strong vice president (strong in the BEST sense of the word, i.e. he's no Dick Cheney. Best of all, he's a warm and accessible human being with high regard for others.

Wow, I was hoping it would be good old Joe!! He used to make me cringe sometimes the way he would just HAMMER Republicans mercifully but the Republicans have shown loud and clear they have no class and will resort to Paris and Britney if they think it helps. Republican smear/attack machine: Meet Joe Biden. Democratic smart attack machine. At least he'll attack with truth and leave Paris and Britney to the 5 yr. old Republican voters.

Obama/Biden '08!!! Joe Biden is a solid choice. A very experienced Senator, Biden is well-respected and is an expert on foreign policy. He also will attract voters from key constituencies and has worked with both parties, thereby having a record of bipartisanship. I'm glad Senator Biden was picked for running mate. He's awesome.
