Why this was tested on monkeys? Wouldn`t it be more easier and accurate to test this with scientist/ doctors what ever they call themself.

i don't think they cut the arm off... the monkey just control it with it's brain, maybe looks bad but imagine what this can do for the people that lost an arm or a leg... think about
