Dave here. One of my first favorite songs in the '40's was, "Pepsi-cola hits the spot, Two full glasses, that's a lot, etc., etc. (6-oz. glasses). I was 3. Got caught going downstairs to the living room, turning on our Aetna console radio at 3 A.M. & tuning it until I could find "Pepsi." A neighbor asked mom if she was having parties at 3A.M. because the living room lights were on. Mom stayed up that night, sitting in the dining room in the dark & saw what I was doing. No more Pepsi party.

I vaguely remember this and I still like it. Notice how much nicer people dressed in the mid-1960s, when America was still America. Hairstyles were neat, makeup was soft, wardrobes were more upscale, and the commercials were actually interesting. I wish I had a time machine. Thanks for sharing this one.
