Indeed Trebgah and all other critics. This was a fun little test film shot in an afternoon to get our heads around the concept for a serious fan film we were planning to make. We were all just coming into film making and visual effects. It was not a serious project. If I were to re-edit it today and add the visual effects, it'd be on an entirely different level I assure you. Thanks for watching.

Even though this was posted in 2008, the effects were actually done back in 06. If I weren't so busy creating quality original projects these days, I'd go back and take the time to put proper FX on the source footage. The entire point of posting it was kind of cathartic in the first place, to document where I started. Yeah, the FX are weak. Yes, it is lame. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Yeah, once again all, the guys are holding wooden dowels as this was supposed to be kind of a test shoot. Thanks for all the comments. I'm sure I made many mistakes within the Star Wars lexicon and of course the FX are total crap as this was one of the very first little film projects I did. Still it's fun to look at as a point of reference for my work today.

Yes, to reiterate, this was a little screen test for what I had planned. The costumes were ok but the FX, what little there are were really thrown together. The light saber effects were made in Alam DV before it became Effectslab. So, it is old school. so I'm agreeing with you guys that the FX stink. Go watch some of my new vids if you want to see better effects. Thanks.
