@WiggleIsWiggly Decora's are people who wear ALOT of bright colors, stuffed animals fasened to their belt or skirt, and hair (unlike scene kids) is very, very simple. You could wear it flat or in pigtails, You also wear ALOT of barretes in your hair and ALOT of layers. Basically dont even think about what your putting on in the morning. just get alot of bright colors and mix them all together in an outfit. I normally wear 3 pairs of colored knee socks a day xDD
