Tails should get some respect too, he fixed a destroyed plane while piloting and plummeting towards the ground in 1 minute and 4 seconds in time to pick sonic back up. I didn't see Sonic say thank you.

Nine all day, I hear ya, I've had this game since its release date and I never knew about that way of beating the last boss. Man the way chumps like me have beaten it, jumping right in between the spike fingers in perfect timing with no rings, thats an achievement in its own!

I just realized this. Death Egg takes place in space and yet when sonic defeats Robotnik, he jumps out of the ship and descends back to earth UNHARMED! He'd be long dead in real life. LULZ!

That same exact thing happened to me the first time I beat the Metropolis area. When he appeared on the screen all I thought was "Is he coming at ME...?" The only problem was, I had no rings and he hit me. I died with the victory music playing. XD I was so angry I was going to throw up.

OH. MY. GOD.

This guy COMPLETELY RUINED Silver Sonic/Mecha Sonic in less that 10 seconds flat. Back when I was younger, every time that I ever managed to get to him, he would single handedly end my hopes for beating the game. It became an obsession to beat him, then a deep hatred of him for denying me...

AND HE'S BEATEN IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS?!

That small bit of the video was the single greatest moment in my gaming life... and at the same time, the worst, because it was THAT DAMNED EASY.

Look if I was to do a Mario 64 speedrun, I just want to play through as few levels as possible and quickly so I defeat Bowser the third time without 120/150 stars.

If I was to speedrun Oblivion, I merely want the ending credits and to finish the main quest. The rest don't matter. Not 100% completion.
