Im sorry to post this comment but... Is there any OTHER way? cuz i make stick figure animations and i use GIF pics...and when i save the movie and Render it again the Movie's Quality becomes Degraded very violently...is there any other way?

Have you tried shortening the effect and then zooming into the timeline with the plus button so you can be really accurate with your placement?
