it would not be hard to make this on your own... instead s paying 50 bucks, you can take an old speaker just sitting around, take the driver out and remove the cone (without taking the coil out!) and glue a rubber pad to the coil, and presto! you just made one of these! now find an amplifier to hook it up to!

Just tried that and it worked remarkably well, just not very loud. Glued a plastic tube to the end of the coil and stuck that to the sound board surface with some double sided tape.
