Its a special comment. He is purposely bringing up the subject of the Glen Beck internment camp lie again as it connected to a woman who cited that story as fact when she showed up with a gun.

The context in which this "old lie" was brought up was to show that fake info reported to scare people has real consequences that can seriously harm real people. Same with o'reilly's using similar inciting language recently about Dr. tibit's right to exist since he was so "horrible". A viewer killed him.
