After looking over the video again, I understand exactly what happened.
As the 1st order was placed at 3.15 with £1 tick, the stakes were £20. When this trade went the wrong way (below 3.0 and touching 2.98) the auto update changed the stakes to £50 when the next trade went in the market.
Excellent demonstration on a trailing stop which is quality education material for any novice trader like myself.
What I would like to point out is that you mentioned that the profit was made on a trade of only £20. This is inaccurate as halfway through there is a time gap and a lay of £50 is placed rather than £20 as implied earlier.
Only a minor discrepancy but I thought it necessary to point it out.
Thanks, hadn't spotted that. We probably should have said that we used £1 tick sizes.
