This is totally wrong sentence. At this time Japanese voice "ju-ji" is not "10時"(ten o'clock) but "十字"(Kenshin's cross shape scar). Sorry for awful indicating, but there are so many wrong subs.

I'm not sure if the OVAs went by the manga for this, but in the last volume the doctor Megumi said that in three years Kenshin would start to lose some sort of strength in his body if he continually kept to his sword. I mean, if this is 15 years in the future and he did continually use his sword then it's possible the muscles in his body are just worn thin from overuse. But then again, this could be different.
