Was sitting here watching the center of the patterns, my hands were folded but soon started to feel like they were coming apart even tho they were not moving. Then as minutes went it by it got stronger, it felt as if my hands came unfolded completely & then the feeling spread to my arms.

Is this normal & or expected? well either way this is such beautiful music & I have got to buy the cds.

Its very possible that you hit a realization in theta that you are indeed an energetic Being ( piritual ) and this feeling sometimes gets so exciting when you get it- realizing the body is not your only form is a great thing.
