He has a dialect that can be difficult to cypher. Just turn the music down. I actually like the music.

Don't worry about the music, JK has very little to say you need to hear. My father worshiped this man and made me memorize all of his points. Becoming choicelessly aware is not something you achieve by following steps or methods, it's the awakening of your mind being aware of your own experiences.You can see the world or relate to people by your own experiences but you are aware of it, (for ex.) you are conscious that if you grown up violently during your childhood, you are influence by that and affect others (you don't try to change it, only see it).
