  • I loved the videos...whether sport bikes or cruisers I like them all....doesn't matter what someone else is riding I still wave when I'm on my own two wheels.

  • 2:05 fail!!!! hahahaha what a dip shit!

  • Drag racing is harder than it looks to newbies and I met that guy at a bike night, he told me how his Vegas would run low 11's after I told him my Hammer went 12.2's (I have over 500 passes on that Hammer, I can tell you with 3/100th what it will run). So I figured what would be better than to invite him to our local bike only event and let him show us. As you can see, it takes a lot more practice to achieve a good run and at best that Vegas is a low 12 bike (Well ridden).

  • 2.05 fail!!!!! hahahahaha what a dip shit!

  • looked like the busa kicked all there buts ..lol....

  • That is one fast hammer i couldnt beileve it beat that vrod good stuff!

  • That is pretty much an out of the box Hammer. It has slip-ons, an air box mod and a fuel controller. My buddy was racing it while I videoed the T&T. I raced that Hammer for 3 years in the AMRA E class. My avg ET was 11.90 with a best of an 11.84 @ 113mph. I did change out the wheels and tires from solid cast alum to the new hollow cast alum. and the tires from Dunlop E3's to Metzler XXX. The wheel and tire weight saving was huge, it took .4 seconds off my ET, by far the best ET improvement

  • haha tool at 2:11 shouldnt even be on a bike.

  • Rigd49 the vrod destroyer is not a production bike you can not go to a dealer a buy it off the floor you have to order it. It is a factory race ready bike. So it is far from the fastest production bike if you put it in it's true catigory! That would be race ready.

  • Damn i didnt know the old victorys could spank the HD Vrod, i wonder what my new vegas would do. probably take the pinks.

  • you guys are all gay my dodge tomahawk will rape everyone of you

  • @varie45 the tomahawk has a viper v10 it is honestly a FUCKING pointless bike

  • All you HD riders that ride newer machines check out your tool set that came with your all American ride theres a few METRIC wrenches in there SURPRIZE !!! I know this because I needed a 10mm for my wifes Suzuki on a trip and a friend on an '09 ultra classic pulled out his bikes tool bag and made the comment that his was made in USA and did'nt have metric on it that he did'nt have one but I could look...shoulda seen his face when I showed him the 10mm in the factory tool set...LOL

  • @notasothrs all battery bolts are 10 mm been that way for years jap and american.

  • 2:04 ROFLMAO!!!!!!!

  • Ok guys, when I post these things I expect that the people viewing are intelligent enough to figure out the diff between a V-Rod, a Destroyer and a Victory.

Nowhere have you ever heard me say that any make bike was faster than another.

Polar, why don't you go back to sucking whale dicks, obviously it's something you are highly skilled at.

  • What a LIAR!!!! That is CLEARLY NOT a Harley Vrod Destroyer!!!!! Its a Road King!!! -with Bags no less!!! hahahahaha you could n't even TOUCH a destroyer..... You are a liar and a fraud. Get your facts straight before yo go spouting off somthing you could not POSSIBLY pull off. -on your Kohler engine polaris made "bike" put together by a second rate snowmobile maker ahahahahaha

  • Where is the Destroyer????

  • @totaltru Harley-Davidson Destroyer is at 4:07

  • Comment removed

  • @rigd49 V-rod Destroyer cup

  • At 0:47 HD Street Glide Wins, At 1:47 A old HD Bober Wins and Harley-Davidson Destroyer 9.62 This means that a Harley - yes, a Harley - is the quickest accelerating production vehicle ever built.

  • @rigd49 bull. shit.

  • @916chidori OK then what is the quickest production vehicle

  • @rigd49 1st of all its not production because only a limited quantity of destroyers were made. 2nd,ive seen stock busas pull 9 5's. saying nothing of the souped up busas. dont get me wrong, i hate gixxers, but theres no denying the #s.

  • @916chidori 1/4 Mile ET: 9.388

1/4 Mile MPH: 140.120 all day long and only a limited quantity of destroyers were made it still was a production. Now just add a turbo or blower

  • @rigd49 apparently u dont know what the definition of production is. look it up.

  • @916chidori Production-Industrial arrangement of machines, equipment, and workers for continuous flow of workpieces in mass-production operations. An assembly line is designed by determining the sequences of operations for manufacture of each component as well as the final product. "Yeah but," I hear you say, "how many of the one-trick ponies are they going to sell more than 600 of the orange beasts have been ordered, resulting in a sales success even beyond what The Motor Company expected

  • @rigd49 well i see this going back and forth endlessly because now we have entered a matter of personal opinion with which there is a multitude of evidence to back each argument.

  • Isnt vrod harleys fastest cruiser bike and there getting beat all day long by victorys...? bet they felt dumb spending 20,000$ or however much they cost and cant beat a freaking victory. Oh but harleys are just for "cruising" not for speed, whats the excuse for v rods? My kawi cruiser has NEVER been beaten by a harley, but hey, there just cruisers right... people that say there not for speed have slow bikes. thats like saying your fat girlfriend has inner beauty, who cares!!

  • Man I was like what the heck kind of name is Victory Hammer Vegas ZRX V-Rod Destroyer for your hammer, then I realized that those were all different bikes in the video. I hit myself for the moment of brain fart.

  • I dont know where streetglidebad103 was taught math, but a 13.6 doesnt beat mid 12's. another example of the clientel that buy hd!

  • snowmobile kicked every things ass?? lolololololol

  • even the busa ran slow i would of beat that

  • must've been a slow day wherever that was. just messin' lol. the rider of the black... Vic? in the beginning was launching pretty cool. the ZRX and TL were cool bikes though. nice job to the ZRX rider who pulled 11's while bring the front wheel up twice.

  • man, that 10 sec sled was pretty cool!

  • I'll be impressed if you get into the 12's. But we'll see.

  • Hammer was right I do not have a video and he deleted my comments. So I drove to Grand Junction Colorado to race my bike to post a video of a real hot rod. But we encountered snow and the track closed. The weekend before my brother ran 13.625 sec 1/4 at 94.78mph and I can smoke his bike "Road King 105th 110 Screamin Eagle" I will be back there next spring to race. Hope to spank a Hammer. The track is at over 6000 feet above sea level so think before you comment about the time.

  • It ain't nothing but a Honda vtx..... SHIT!!

  • Harley davidson has about as much technology as a 1950s tractor engine! Victory = More reliable , dont piss oil everywhere , last longer and looks better!

  • I have a 2009 cory ness jackpot, and offer up a challenge to any of these harley morons who think they can even come within a bike length of me. 1/8mile or 1/4mile. Grove creek raceway sping 2010 grove city, mn.

  • You won't get a real reply..just posturing and name calling by uniformed morons with no basis for their arguments.

  • Victory the new foreign bike....metric!

  • man aint you got anything better to do than pick fights .. ..

  • Don't get mad @ me because victory told you it was the new american motorcycle when all it is, is a over price metric bike.

  • dont get mad at me because you feel threatened by a victory ... dont feel bad .. i would be too

  • Look at you..no videos, that means you have NOTHING!!! oh. i forgot you have favorites LMAO!! What a loser. Got metric tools?

  • @HarleyDavidsonDaBest The metric system is more precise in the engineering world. Your great grandchildren will read about the imperial measurement system in a footnote of their textbooks one day as thats it's future fate.

  • dont you remember in the 7th grade they told you that the metric system was coming to America?...oh, nevermind

  • I watched the video over and over and NEVER saw the race between the Destroyer and the Hammer. I did see the Destroyer turn a 9.63 on a loan pass and the Hammer turned a 12.27 when racing a regular V-Rod that had a 12.37 pass. There would be no contest with the Destroyer. Hell my Street Glide will spank the Hammer, that is 1000 pounds total weight with me on my Street Glide, Granted it is not stock, but it is a bagger!

  • Where does it say Destroyer vs Anything. Its just video of all the bikes mentioned. I welcome to whip on your gile anytime you feel like bringing it to the track, lets see your video of it making a pass. Oh wait, you dont have one.

  • @StreetGlideBad103 Wake up StreetGlide!! My 08' Harley Fat Bob pulled a best time of 13.48 (with exhaust, air breather & remapped EFI), I was embarrassed by it's performance and I've drag racing for 24 years!!

The Destroyer is a purpose built drag racer @ $32,000USD, barely able to break into the 9sec realm! When you buy a Harley, you're buying nostalgia not performance!

For $16,300USD get a stock Suzuki GSX1300R, 9.86 sec @ 145.80 mph [Performed by CycleWorld magazine rider], if u want speed

  • @sparkme123 Before you speak you should understand that you have a Stage II, Mine is a custom Stage IV. At over 6000 feet elevation I am turning over 100 hp and over 100 ft pounds of tq. I am smoking R6's to 100 mph. They get me on the top end but can't hang on the low end. R1's smoke me. I do not have any runs at the strip with this bike due to the closest strip is over 200 miles away.

  • looks like some slow times....I weigh 200 and I can get my stock 03 vrod to 100 in under 7 seconds in an 1/8th mile..haven't run it on the 1/4 yet, but I'd cakewalk that Hammer

  • That red Hammer has ran a best of an 11.84 @111mph in the 1/4 with a 275# rider. The black Hammer has ran a best of 11.70@116 with a 250# rider. This day, neither bike was ridden by its regular rider and the DA was horrible.

  • I applaude that last comment. You can either buy a bike with all the best look, feel, stance, sound, and all around beauty...or you can buy a bike with all the best speed...

In my oppinion i'd rather not sacrifice everything that makes a bike an awsome, beautiful piece of machinery just for speed, so i'd buy a cruiser every time

  • the v rod is ugly im sorry i like harley but the vrod looks no where near as good as the hammer. if you want to race buy a racing bike.

  • the guy flubbing in the far lane was not on a vrod - that was a victory -

the vrod a model rider did well - and the vrod destroyer run was typical mid 9 second run...

  • Won't dispute that for a second. Definitely not a well ridden run.

  • That was a non rider on the v-rod
