菅さんは誤魔化してばかりで、もう駄目ですね。この議会を何だと考えているんでしょうか。質問は「いつ提出して頂けますか？」と聞いてるのに、「検討して、ご報告します」って回答そのものが日本語としておかしいでしょ。明らかに何かを隠して、誤魔化そうとしています。
