  • let me know the name of the song at the start of the video.....i would appreciate it

  • Prime Tyson would of killed hollyfield 100%

  • what a great, very very tough fighter! a true legend!

  • Holyfield and Ali are both my idols, I can't believe people have underrated Holyfield before the first Tyson fight. This man has a diamond-like chin and a heart of a lion which tells me even a prime Mike Tyson would still not beat a prime Holyfield cause of that and Tyson's stamina and pacing. Tyson also one of the greatest heavyweights of all time but he'd still lose to a prime Holyfield.

  • HEY EVANDER YOU HAVE DONE WHAT WAS RIGHT, SO REMEMBER THAT JESUS LOVES YOU , SO REMEMBER YOU HAVE FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT AND CONTINUE.

  • AAAAAA

  • Thanks for posting! ; )

  • i wasnt a holyfield fan 10 years ago, was rooting for tyson and stillam huge fan of both, but i have a lot of respect for holyfield's spirit. hes a legend a true fighter. tyson would have been too (i mean even more legendary than he already is) if his private life wasnt so messed up

  • he went along way by using steriods all tyson haters are covering that up

  • @kingzula like i said before proof please and i am no tyson hater

  • @redbaron932 i givin you proof and u r a tyson hater you just wont admit

  • @kingzula and where is this proof then and why have they not banned holyfield

  • @redbaron932 thats a good question . he certainly been questioned on it .and hgh is still not tested in the states. but 4 i guy who claims he never touch the stuff his names seems to come up on many steriod stories or investigations

  • @kingzula yes his name may come up a lot but there are many conversations on the web about tyson taking steroids, my name comes up a lot when ever people talk about sexual harassment cases in the work place but i have never been caught

  • @redbaron932 once again i have given more than just some conversation on the web or just a fighter mad that he lost too holyfield accusing him. if you want too include that then their are a litany of allegations against him.the rumors of holyfield doing steriods and hgh go back from at least the first qwawi fight . but i'm not just going too convict him on rumors. the evidence i have given you comes from investigation that had nothing with dragging his name thru the mud.

  • @kingzula i am sorry but just do not get it your dragging his name through the mud when there is no proof and you keep putting these comments on here linking him to steroids, and it is clear by your statements that you do think he took steroids and hope he did so it will take away his wins against your mike tyson, there is no hard evidence

  • @redbaron932 like i said i given you proof you just refuse to except it.it more than conversation its evidence . and i think it takes away all his wins and even his loses .

  • @kingzula er what proof is that again there is none at this current time

  • @redbaron932 remember he claims not too have done it not even once

  • @kingzula well he will have to stick to that claim even if someone gives us proof we will have to wait and see but even if you do really believe evander took steroids with out proof i do not think you are going about it the right way dragging his name through the mud with these comments, yes you are allowed to voice your opinion but this is a very serious allegation and i think you need to cut the guy some slack for a while intill more evidence is provided then you can say i told you so to me

  • @redbaron932 they were investigations that had nothing too do with holyfield and his name came up. and i dont think the doctors on the nevada commision were looking too tarnish holyfields name when they made their report. as for tyson if you can give me more than conversation or some old tyson associate that has a ax too grind, i'm certainly willing to listen. but too be fair i dont think he is the only heavyweight to use

  • @kingzula you have said all of this before and i will say the same thing back about this steriod rumor proof please what you keep talking about is not proof and the stuff you mention about holyfield is just conversations like the conversations about tyson taking steriods

  • @redbaron932 i just dont understand why nothing seems to stick too holyfield like it does tyson. whether its domestic violence, infidelity , bankruptcy, dirty fighting in the ring ,or somthing else, it just doesnt seem to effect his legacy or character .

  • @kingzula maybe because with holyfield the good out ways the bad and he is a much more likable person, yes no one is perfect we all make mistakes but tyson is a repeat offender even when he went down for rape i did not give up on him and when he came out and lost to holyfield in the first fight and there were more storys and rumors about his disrespectful behavior i did not give up on him but after the 2nd fight with holyfield i had had enough i felt like a batterd house wife who keeps going

  • @redbaron932 i dont know why the good out ways the bad if he did alot of the same things tyson did.and holyfield is also a repeat offender. so your telling me because holyfield goes to church on sunday and does all those other things monday to saturday that makes him a good guy. unlike tyson(who's life is a open book)holyfield still has a lot secrets.i remember when the story broke about the evan fields thing you know the pharmacist thing he was on a radio sports show and a reporter ask him

  • @kingzula no i did not say it is ocay for holly field to do what ever he wants and cos he goes to church makes him a good guy, as i have said before it is just the way tyson carrys himself compared to hollyfield some people are just not very likable tyson was one of them, like hearing him talk about wanting to shove the nose bone of jessy fergurson into his brain classy guy that mike tyson or how the best punch he ever through was the one he gave robin givens tyson just does not get it

  • @redbaron932 too me you defending holyfield you remind me of the batter wife who is married to someone who puts on a suit and tie preaches two everyone two do good during the day and goes out and night and does bad things and when someone gives her the evidence she says no not my husband he's holy. she's in denial. its certainly ok to like holyfield over tyson , but if you tell me you like him because he is morally superior to tyson i think thats bull.

  • @kingzula hey stop using my phrases and get your own (battered house wife) and i have never said i like hollyfield more than tyson because he is more morally superior ha ha, tyson is just not a very likable guy just watching him in interviews is hard work to try and like the guy

  • @redbaron932 I know what you mean about Tyson but I think if his trainer and father figure Cus still lived, Tyson could of been a much better person and boxer. Tyson's not really a bad person actually everyone just thinks he is cause of the rape accusations but the only reason why Tyson acts crazy is because of the ignorants around him that keeps pushing him.

  • @Brownpride480 when i look at as tyson as a young man i see someone who always had a father figure around to keep him in line and bring out the best in him first it was cus who was the best of the crop then there was jimmy Jacobs who also did a good job don't forget it was when jimmy Jacobs died that tyson begin to go of the rails not when cus died, with jimmy jacobs dying and tyson being humiliated by robin givens king swooped in as the next father figure who was terrible for tyson

  • @Brownpride480 but i also think tyson was getting to that age where he though he knew what was best for him, and robin givens treating him the way she did and with king whispering all kinds of stuff in his ear i am not sure even cus or jacobs could have kept tyson onside, but yes if cus or jacobs had stayed alive longer then there would have been more of a chance of tyson developing into a better fighter and being a better person thanks for the reply

  • @redbaron932 i wonder if when ever holyfield did a interview all the questions too him were about steroids or all the bad things he did in his life all the time (like with tyson )how he would come across.

  • @kingzula i have seen tyson in interviews where the interviewer is givening tyson compliments and tyson still came across as not a very likeable guy, tyson makes it hard for me to like him

  • back to here ebusive husband you can only give someone so many chances, yes we are hippocrites to a degree a person with a bad rep who most people dont like any way (tyson) can make a mistake and we judge and critise that person more compared to a person who most of us like (holyfield ) can make a mistake and we forgive them a lot quicker it is true, but also you have to ask yourself why you do not like that person the one with the bad rep ya can watch tyson in a interview and he is not being

  • provoked by the quistions they are normal qustions, i am sorry but he is just not a very likable person he comes across arrogant with no class and no tack

  • @redbaron932 about the steroids thing. his first remark was even before he answered the question was mike tyson did steroids. when asked too elaborate he would not. he said he couldn't because he might get sued . that was the holy warrior trying too deflect the question. too me i was saying what a phony why even bring mike tysons name into it. thats because he knows steroids made him a better fighter and if he gets caught he himself is saying since tyson did it too it doesnt matter

  • @redbaron932 i just dont understand why nothing seems to stick too holyfield like it does tyson. whether its domestic violence, infidelity , bankruptcy, dirty fighting in the ring ,or somthing else, it just doesnt seem to effect his legacy or character . he has had all those issues

  • THIS is HBO!? Wow they've come a long way haha

  • A bit choppy but thanks for posting

  • Gotta love the quality of old VHS tapes :P

  • The parts where they film a computer screen with handheld camera also cracked me up, haha.

  • Maybe they were trying to be artistic? lol

This video was produced by HBO

so you'd think they would have spent

a bit more money on it.

All those years ago when I bought it

I was actually kind of disapointed with it.

    I expected more fight footage.

  • Loved it!

  • @Aristotelezz ...never thought you'd see Holyfield feed a horse, did you? :P .....he goes bowling later. He's a much better fighter than bowler.

  • No never saw him ride a horse. I've seen all the episodes by now and I loved it. I would hope Holyfield is a better bowler then bokser. That would be a more healthy way of life for him.
