So it's, puff out the lamp.But, Manco is not saying puff out the lamp. He is saying to the girl in the song "say puff to the lamp". This is amazing, Voice Sync. Manco was years ahead of his time, I mean he is talking about voice activated lights! "Lights on, lights off".

@metesunshine People talk about how authoritarian the Turkish government was during the 70's, but even though the suggestive lyrics caused this song to be banned from TRT TV (eventually), I remember seeing Barış Abi perform it on a TRT television show (sorry, I don't remember the exact show), and you could still buy the record in the stores. Although not a Turk, I grew up in Turkey in the 60's and 70's, and I really miss that time and place...
