How long is the course? how deep is the water that they dive in, do you have to be a good swimmer? Do women take part? I'm really considering signing up

Not sure how long...if you can run for 8 miles you'll be fine. Water isn't super deep. Your feet will touch when you jump in, so its probably 8-9 feet deep. No you don't have to be great at swimming, yes women take part and you should definitely do it. If you want more info PM me and I'll tell you what we did for training and answer any other questions for you. Yohimbe!

The course is 8 country miles long, you don't have to be a swimmer as there are trained divers to help you and yes, women do participate. The rest is trade secret until you join! I am the PA to the dude who actually organises this and these films only tell half the story!

I was at this years toughguy watching all the poor bastards of the earth forcing themselves through the killing fields and I seem to remember you Yanks laughing and smiling the whole stretch if it. Most people just show up to fuck about and end up crashing their bodies. Well done lads!
