that's right. keep at it. maintaning weight is actually pretty hard. if you continue to just maintain your body will eventually come out of its platea or whatever. it takes years for people to gain weight and Im guessing to be fair you know that it should take the same amount of time to get to a natural slim state.
The plateau is caused by getting into a set pattern in your training, you need to change your training pattern. For example, if you start by running for an hour before working on abs and back, then you need to trick your body and break your pattern and work on abs and back first then finish with running, you need to mix things around so your body doesnt get used to the same routine.
@Bloklint everyone say that yet its not effective.. i bet and no doubt you care about your weight. ometime we just cant stand how we look until we are happy with what we see in the mirrior i dont know if you know how its painful it is for us who go through everyday to get rid of what we want most in ourselves
When you lose a lot of weight your body needs periods where it need time to adjust to the new conditions it has to deal with. You are lighter and your body can move faster, it doesn't need so much food anymore, you can get up out of a seat faster, etc, etc, etc. A plateau is a time when your body adjusts to all those changes. Wen your body is finished adjusting it will again be happy to lose more pounds.
If you would like to hear my opinion, i don't think you should lose anymore weight. You DO have a nice body, but i can give you some information. There are some reasons why you haven't lost weight, one of them is that muscels weigh more than fat. You have worked away fat, and gained mucsels instead, the result is that you wont lose weight, but you are thinner.
And do NOT go to the gym so many times a week, it will destroy your body and mucsels. And for gods sake, DO NOT rush it, it will go slow
DONT EAT 2 regular meals. Eat meals that consist of 200 calories 6-8 times a day. SEE an endocrinologist. its a simple blood test. Read about it. its is HYPOTHYROID NOT Hyper thyroid. Hope this helps. DO some yoga too =]
After being diagnosesed (im naturally petite) i went from 135 to 163 in 2 months un aware why, and then since im taking medication now i weigh 120. I would like to weigh 112 for being 5'3 but I was a gymnast so i have lots of muscle. And muscle and a toned body is attractive. Y ou need to mix up your strength/weight trainging with more cardio. but with cardio you need to be doing INTERVAL training, it sucks at first but you get used to it and the endorphines are great.
The same thing happened to me. Turned out i am HYPOthyroid. I have hashimoto's hypothyroidism and it causes your metabolism to completely stop working. It's that your body may be lacking a hormone that is neccessary and most people hit a plateau, or METABOLIC RATE SET POINT, which for you may be in the 140's.
you might not be losing the weight you want cuz ur thinkin about it too much or your stressin if you get stressed or depressed you dont lose weight your body gains weight
You are looking great every week. Have you tried intervals for cardio? Your intervals can be 60 sec of high intensity cardio followed by 30 sec of rest done 6 times or 30 sec of HIIT followed by 30 sec of rest done 10 times. For example you can do 1 min intervals of jumping jacks followed by 30 sec. of marching It will definitely get your heart pumping and elevate your metabolism, thus burning more calories. Try 4 min Tabatas such as 20 sec jumping jacks and 10 sec of rest for 8 times
WHAAAAAT ! 4 WEEKS AND THAT MUCH PROGRESSION !? That's truly inspiring. The results you got in 4 weeks is equivalent to the results I got the last time I lost weight and it took me 3 months! You must have hella motivation. Congratulations on your success so far. =]
I'm looking at the b4 and after pic here & think I know exactly what's happened.
Your after pic looks great btw.
Muscle weigh more than fat. u have grown muscle u r not losing total weight.
SO, you have gotten stronger not lighter lol
Don't be discouraged. to lose weight from where you are now all you have to do is stop the muscle building & be careful to either reduce calorie intake or do stuff that won't build muscle but will burn calories. Dance or swimming are good.

who gives a crap what u weight! all that counts is how u look!
and a month training is not really that much, u've to keep working out for over a year, even several years, if u want to look like a model.
all these posters like "Get Ripped/Thinn in 3 weeks!" they're all probably fake.
So just keep going and don't lose ur motivation, u'll get there one day if u keep going :)

Cheat days help you break out of a plateau.
Don't worry when you hit a plateau.
When you lose a lot of weight your body needs periods where it need time to adjust to the new conditions it has to deal with.
