The first part of this to me is very clear..it is a woman's voice saying "Please, let me out". The second part is not as clear. Could be "we are not ill" or "we are not in hell" or "we are not well". Regardless, 10+ on the creep-o-meter if this is for real.

My brother works at a hospital that has only had one patient die because she committed suicide. Apparently they caught some freaky footage of something like this on their security cameras and I know its true because I saw the raw tape myself. You could the person clearly like she was right next to the camera and we knew it had to have been he one that hung herself, because she said the same words she said right before she went into the hospital.
