Byakuya: sorry, I really can't find a good translation in my head for that sentence!! ><; but he says like "please lets be friends this year too" (okay, 'friends' is not a word that suits him, but I hope you get the idea of what he meant) it's a common new year greeting in Japan and is usually said with yours or your family's name in the sentence (Rukia took her head up when he mentioned their family name)
