Wow, fresh out of high school and she's doing this! I had thought she was in her mid 20's when she recorded Divine Comedy. This is one of my favorite songs on the album, along with the Russian lullaby. I hadn't known it was about Anne Frank, good to know. It all makes sence now.
i never really paid much attention to this song, fascinated to learn that it was about anne frank. its definitely a little more upbeat than it probably should be. great though.
This is her best song imo.I had the devine comedy, but lost it somewhere along the way.I'd go for long drives with this on repeat.This song put me into deep thought
