@kojpuasncokuv Kammueang is spoken in Northern Thailand(Lanna) which is next to Luang Prabang not Southern Laos. I speak both Kammueang(known in Lao as phasa yon) and Lao. I think you're thinking of "khammouan" province. It's "mueang" not "mouan"
