@dylander08 It is! It's in Hollywood Studios in the amphitheater over near Tower of Terror and the musical theater. It's only during the summer though.

Fantasmic is the #1 show in Disneyland and this is the best part too, but do you think that they should put in Dr. Facilier? He's a really great villain and would be perfect for Fantasmic! He could invade Mickey's imagination with his voodoo dolls, masks, and shadows.

@sweetxpoison13 He would be a awesome addition to fantasmic. Dr. Faciliar is my favorite Disney Male villian, while Malifecent being my favorite Female Disney villian. Great idea. They gave him a 2 sec part in WoC at DCA.

@GoofyIndian92 there's a "dragon pit" just below the stage that opens up that lifts up the dragon. If you look at photos of the house/island on Google, you'll see an outline of a door where it slides open.

that's probably one of the few reasons why not to sit on the side

@puppylover569 its not that your on the side, it that ur inbetween screens, so if you were to sit farther down so that you were infront of he side screen, then you wouldnt see it. To be honest, i sat right about were the carmera was a few nights later and because your eyes can pick up light that a camera can't i got to see them bring the dragon up. It was actually kind of cool but i would recommed sitting on that side of the show mostly because of Columbia

@puppylover569 Columbia is the sailing ship with Peter Pan and Captain Hook. The procedure with her is full show (full show is faster then what they do during the day) going into the cannon blast. Then when they hit center stage they put her into nuetral and the when they get off to the side (they guy told me that when they get to the second light tower) they put her into full show reverse.

If you're talking about the finger gerbs, they did go off. Not to argue, just from my point of view all the regular effects and cues were in place.

I was there shouting "Go Murphy, Go!" from behind the front-of-house console... the whole show went without a hitch and was very well done. Thank you once again Carla Carlisle for imbuing new life into this show, and I hope I get to see it run for another 17 years. =D

At front-of-house the smoke pretty much covered it completely so I didn't see her lower but this was an awesome capture because you get a glimpse of how much goes into this dragon, having to reliably move 5 tons worth of AA. Maybe it will be quicker after the RoA refurb. They'll have 3 months to tweak her before she comes back.
