The bible tells us to be righteous and follow Christ, spread the word of God, teach the ones who are lost and lead them the right way like Jesus did. Basically to be like Christ, which means to be a Christian (Christ like). Christianity is a religion.. Religion - the belief & worship of a higher power (God).. so to write and make a video 'I hate religion but I love Jesus' doesn't make sense. Does anyone else see the irony in Christian's not wanting their religion to not be a religion, its like they want to be atheists. Atheism isn't a religion and that's something Christian's want sooo much, but they just like hindu's, muslims, Jews, Zoroastrian's, and Buddhists are all religions. In order to worship God without force (which God never does cause then its not worship) , you have to love Him. But Christianity, is us accepting that we are not worthy, and can not make ourselves worthy to be accepted by God. Great job Jeff! We are saved by grace alone through faith alone. Im 45 years old and just realized the true message of the gospel recently. I went to a church that seemed to teache we maintain our salvation by our works, which i found out really perverts the gospel, just like Paul points out in his letter to the Galatians. Christianity its a relationship with God NOT a religion, it might be a religion to some Christians who go to church every Sunday for years but deep in their hearts have no idea of who God is. We as humans can't put everything that God does together. he does things for a reason. I think that some of what the guy is saying is true. And I guess some of the other comments are kinda true to. The point here is, The Law will be written in our hearts, It's not about obeying the law, it's about WANTING to obey it. ... That's what makes Christianity so great? As long as you accept Jesus it doesn't matter what you do?

If we accept him as our savior, we are washed clean and are worthy to spend eternity with God. this does not remove our sin but rather because of the sacrifice Christ made,God sees Christ in us. we accept that sacrifice,we can be washed clean but that doesnt mean we won't sin, true you could choose to live a complete dirty life, and reject Christ, but you have heard this message, my friend the choice is yours.

Yet at the same time, if your actions do not reflect your faith, how much does that faith really mean? God loves you and he wants you to be part of his family. He wants you in his family so much he paid for you with his sons life. How much does a very short life of pleasure matter compared to eternity in heaven with God?

Great job Jeff! We are saved by grace alone through faith alone. Im 45 years old and just realized the true message of the gospel recently. I went to a church that seemed to teache we maintain our salvation by our works, which i found out really perverts the gospel, just like Paul points out in his letter to the Galatians. It is so refreshing to hear your raw honesty and enjoyable to hear you sharing truths that you have come to know by God's grace.
