But why go for heavier crank? Was it too twitchy to ride with stock crank or what?

i would like to know,was heavier crankshaft will result in higher rpm,smoother run and faster?just want to hear from you coz im also in this experiment now..thanx fren,will appreciate you if you answer me..im from malaysia,im running in drag sport
