about shift clicking units: this is done to set a route for the units (good for scouting, but the units stop on each point on the route for a very short time, so if u have time to do manual scouting, just go for manual because it is slightly faster)
how to do it:
-> select units
-> hold shift
-> right click all the points on the map where the selected units should pass on your route
-> release shift
-> right click to set the final point on the route
What also would be useful would be to cover other hotkeys, like ctrl+# to assign a group of units a number, and then selecting that group by hitting the # key for it. Really helpful for scouting, or for larger armies that have multiple components.
shift clicking units is setting waypoints for them. For them to carry out the mult actions successively you must regular click(not shift click) the final action. In other words, to get a knight to run the four corners for the map ie; select unit, shift-click NW, shift-clcik NE, shift-click SE, then finally let go of the shift key and only just click SW and he will start.
AoE2 has shift+click move you just have to stop holding shift before you do the last checkpoint;-) well my english sux but you know what I´m takling about right?
Tips: when doing these tutorials have everything ready like your mill and if you encounter a technical difficulty like when the player resigned either restart the tutorial from the beginning or cut it out.
Keep the video concise but explain everything with detail. This video could have probably been cut to 6 -7 minutes if you planned everything accordingly.

Making unit groups is just incredible. It's cntrl+no. when you have them selected and afterwards it's just the no. to reselect.
